Friendship Village offers a choice of contract options to accommodate a variety of budgets and help you achieve your financial goals. As an added benefit, each of our options helps you to offset the rising cost of Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing Care, should you ever need it.

Would you prefer a plan that gives you back 100% of your entrance fee? Or would you rather have a 10 percent -- or even a 50 percent -- discount on the future cost of care services? At Friendship Village, it's your choice.

Regardless of which contract you select, your benefits include 60 free days in either Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing. This benefit alone could be worth more than $14,000 in today's dollars, and will only become more valuable as costs increase in the future. For couples, both are eligible for this benefit.

PROGRAMS

100%/ 0%:
This program offers a 100% refundable entrance fee, payable to you or your estate, with no discount on future healthcare services.

90% / 10%:
With this option, your entrance fee is 90% refundable and you also receive a 10% discount on future healthcare services.

50% / 50%:
Your entrance fee is 50% refundable, but you receive a 50% discount on future healthcare services when you choose this plan.
